Neuropsychological evaluations are helpful for a variety of reasons. They can help you understand cognitive strengths and weaknesses, clarify a diagnostic presentation, or determine appropriate academic and therapeutic supports. Depending on the scope of the evaluation, the process and assessments utilized can vary.
Neurodiverse City specializes in common neurodiversity questions, such as do I have Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (AD/HD) and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)? We also conduct diagnostic differentials with multiple diagnostic considerations in our neurospicy minds, whether it is AD/HD + ASD with longstanding anxiety, depression, mood swings, personality disorders, and trauma.
A brief 15-20 minute conversation with Dr. Serino, which can be scheduled here will determine your precise evaluation needs. We are sensitive to the burdens on caregivers of children with neurodiversity, such that we are simply one piece of a pricey treatment matrix to help your child function at their best. Thus, we strive to address your particular question(s) at a price point that you feel comfortable with.
Fees range between $3600 - 7200. Dr. Serino is out-of-network with all insurance companies. Before undergoing the evaluation process, our insurance biller will contact your insurance company to determine your benefits and will provide your anticipated reimbursement for our evaluation services.

AD/HD and Executive function coaching
At Neurodiverse City, we offer AD/HD support and executive function support for your unique cognitive and socioemotional profile. We tailor our interventions and sessions based on your particular needs, but operate from a strengths-based orientation. At intake, we use rating scales to determine which executive functioning areas need support and identify areas of strength that can offset potential areas of weakness. We will then discuss treatment length and duration of sessions. Some clients benefit from twice weekly meetings (30 minutes each), whereas others are well-supported with once weekly (45 minute sessions).
